1. What do you mean by “Vintage”?
We offer original clothing pieces that are at least 10 years old, as well as selected second-hand fashion reflecting the charm of past decades. Each item tells its own unique story!
2. Are the items new or pre-worn?
Our items are pre-worn but carefully selected, cleaned, and inspected to ensure they are in wearable and high-quality condition. If any items are damaged it will be clearly visible on the pictures and also mentioned in the description.
3. How do I find the right size?
Vintage clothing sizes often differ from modern sizing. That’s why we include the measurements of each item in the product description. Please compare them to your own measurements to find the perfect fit.
4. What if something doesn’t fit me?
We offer a return option. However, returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Check our return policy for more details.
5. How sustainable is vintage fashion?
Vintage fashion is an eco-friendly alternative to fast fashion. By purchasing pre-existing clothing, you extend the life cycle of textiles and reduce waste as well as the demand for new resources.
6. How long does shipping take?
We process orders in the next 1-2 days after receiving. Orders from Europe usually arrive within 1 week. International delivery times might differ.
7. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs and delivery times will be displayed during checkout.
8. What should I do if an item arrives damaged?
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We’ll work with you, to find a solution, such as a refund or replacement.
9. Do you have physical stores?
We’re currently only online. However, we may open a pop-up shop in the future – stay tuned!
